These pictures were taken on Mother's Day this year. The kids came over and we had a good time. I always have a good time when I am with my children. They make me laugh. And oh how I love to laugh. Look at these goodies Beau and Jenae gave me.

Chocolate covered strawberries and bananas. Not just any strawberries mind you, but big, sweet, juicy, lucious strawberries. They were yummy!

Verbal Abuse

I saw these images over at Fubiz and thought they were pretty powerful. Abuse comes in many forms and verbal abuse can be just as damaging as physical abuse. If you know anyone in an abusive relationship encourage them to seek help! Abuse is NEVER ok.

Peace Sign

This weekend I almost bought a pair of peace sign earrings at Dillards. My kids say peace signs are not "in" anymore, it has become an outdated symbol. I like the peace sign, I think it is a good symbol. It takes me back to my high school years of sitting in the park on my lunch break making daisy chains that I would wear the rest of the day. Those were good days. I like the peace sign. I'm going back to Dillards to buy those earrings and I will wear them proudly! Peace out.
