My New Love

Meet my new love.....the Starbucks Barista Aroma Solo. Isn't he beautiful? I have wanted this machine for a long time and had to save for quite a while to buy it. This weekend was the weekend! I bought it.....and I love it!!! There is something to be said about saving and waiting - it makes getting it all the sweeter versus instant gratification. Wouldn't you say??

I Love You Note

I opened my fridge to find this note from my 16 year old son. Yes, my 16 YEAR OLD SON! How special is that?? In these teen years of testing the waters of independence and diminishing affection I cherish this token of his love. You can bet your last penny it's going to stay in my fridge for a long, long, lonnnnnng time!!

Here's my bookcase with more of my things. I have a flip photo album made from red leather and I flip the page to a different photo weekly.


I wish they would let us paint the walls and really decorate the office but they don't. = ( I could really have fun decorating!!!

Life

Wow, it's 2008! It seems time is speeding up and I want to enjoy every second. This year I am going to be a more creative and healthy and appreciate the small pleasures in life. If you look closely at this photo I think it holds some of those small pleasures, at least it does for me. Wishing everyone a great start to what I know is going to be a great year!!!
